Benylin All-in-one cold and flu daily dosage ?
okaay, i don't know if this is a stupid question. but i'm just asking to make sure.
on the box it says for adults 12+ '2 capsules every 4-6 hours'. um, does that mean take two at once?
i'm a little confused since the gel caps are bigger than usual.
jsyk , it is relief of pain, fever, headache, stuffy nose, nasal congestion, dry cough and sore throat pain.

Yes, that does mean that you can take two at once. If you have not ever taken it before you might want to try just one at first, as that might be enough.
