Can the common cold cause a fever?
My neck is sore, my teeth hurt, my ears keep popping, and I have sinus/nasal congestion.
I often get colds, but I never get fevers. However, I am runnng one right now, its just unusual to me.

If you are talking about a temp above 101 in an adult, then that is a fever and a fever indicates an infection somewhere. Sometimes what we think is just an ordinary cold can actually turn out to be a sinus infection. If you have any teeth that are in need of dental work this can also cause problems in your sinuses. The best thing to do is to see a doctor if the fever persist, tell them what you are feeling, and let them take a look.
