Check the ingredients list. If they both have parcetamol in then DO NOT take the second med until 6 hours after you took the previous one. To take both would give your body an overdose...;

absolutely not. double dosing of tylenol in both products is very bad for the liver. some products that are contained in both will cause heart palpitations. i know it's not easy when you feel bad but you will do more harm to your body by taking more medications than is necessary
