Do i have the Flu, Cold, or anything?
When i woke up i had diarrhea. (Stomach ached badly)
I have a bad dry cough.
I feel really hot.
I have a terrible headache. I always have headaches, but i never had one this intense.
Should i be worried, or is it anything?

It is most likely a cold or the flu but don't be worried unless you have a tempurature over 100 degrees
