How can you tell if it's the flu, cold or allergies.?
I have been sneezing like crazy since yesterday. My nose has been running and itchy. Watery eyes at times.

Just today I started to have chills, I am extremely tired/fatigue, mild headache and have a low grade fever. The runny nose and watery eyes have gone away but I am still sneezing.

What could this be. I hope its not the start of a flu because I have exams all this week.
I don't really have the money to go to the doctor if its not anything serious.
It's weird- my body feels hot yet I have chills. What gives?

Sounds to me like a mild viral infection. True influenza starts very quickly, often within hours. Rest as much as possible and drink lots of liquids. I suggest not going anywhere until the fever goes down or you'll make things worse.

Influenza is a viral respiratory disease. It involves running a fever.
Allergies rarely result in a fever. Influenzas and cold have no cure, except to help your body fight them by resting and taking lots of fluids. Medications for colds/'flu' only relieve the symptoms briefly. You have to decide!!!!!!!!
