How long does it normally take to regain all the weight lose from stomach flu?
3 weeks ago i lost up to 8 pounds due to the stomach flu. Today I am healthy but I still have not gained all that back yet (still about 4 or 5 pound below my normal weight) is that normal? I dont gain weight very easily, ill go a year and only gain a pound or two or even stay the same.
