Take a Motrin for the headache and then try Theraflu for the cold. It gets rid of it quicker than anything I've ever tried.
It's not Swine Flu.

you might have a sinus infection you usually cant get rid of that with cold/flu medicine, you might want to try Benadryl and nose spray it worked for me when i had all those symptoms and couldn't get rid of it will cold/flu medicine.
