How to stop a cold/virus/flu in its tracks?
I started having a sore throat last week and started to feel achy. I have been taking benadryl allergy plus sinus headache for the drainage and the pain. Not working. At night I cough and my throat is dry/ itchy= no sleep. Aah!

Unfortunately, they all must run their courses. But you can speed up the process. Definitely drink some warm chicken noodle soup and drink a lot of vitamin C. Keep hydrated with water.
And the best medicine? Nyquil. The liquid gel caps.
I remember I had a cold and I had no time to be sick. I was working 2 jobs and going to school. But one day, I had off from all three. So basically, I took multivitamins and kept taking nyquil and slept all day. Every time I woke up, I'd take another two nyquil. I took about 6 that day, which I think is the maximum recommendation. The next day, I was completely back to normal. It was amazing. Probably the fastest cold/flu I've ever had. Since I slept, I'm sure my body was able to work on fighting it.
Just caution you: Do not overdose on Nyquil if you do plan to take it.
Also -- make sure if you do go along with that idea.. the tablets are liquid gel caplets.

in the morning and b4 u sleep take a teaspoon of honey with powdered cinnamon. i know it sounds weird but it will sooth ur throat so muchhh. mix a little bit of cinnamon in the honey then take it. it taste like sweet candy and no disgusting medicine aftertaste. also lemonade is really good. and if u want to take medicine, try dayquil or nyquil (i hate the taste.) they help alot even tho they taste horrible. if u need anything else feel free to email me. :)

The above answers are good, but if you want the best, go to nutronix and order The New Silver Solution and take for a few days, two teaspoons in the morning and two at night and you will be rid of those symptoms! It has been proven to be the only product that actually kills the viruses.
