Vicks Vapor, and tylenol...tho I know you dont want to take it. But its the safest thing for you and the baby. Try warm tea with honey and lemon too.

Best thing to do would be to call your doctor and see what they recommend taking. My doctor told me that psudoephedrine (Sudafed) was safe, but some websites recommend against it. So your safest bet is to go with what your doctor suggests.

the way you can treat a cold like that while you are pregnant is to take a warm bath but make sure that the house is warm also. i was going through the same thing you're going through so take this advice and try it out.

If your doctor says its safe to take Tylenol, and you feel awful, you'll want to take it! In the UK they recommend Paracetamol, which is absolutely fine in moderation too.

Try to drink plenty of warm juice to help kill the germs in your nose and throat, put a little honey in it to soothe the cough if its really bad. Get a throat lozenge similar to Strepsils if you get a sore throat, it has an antibacterial element that will help not harm.

Just be sure to avoid anything with aspirin in it (has been known to cause bleeding in the fetus) and take nothing with codeine either.
