I have a cold, if I take Lemsip Max cold & flu, will I get better quicker?
...or will it just mask the symptoms and suppress my body from coughing and sneezing to rid myself of the cold virus naturally.

Nope, you will feel better but not be better.
The cold and the flu is a virus which means there is no cure, yet.
All cold and flu tablets just help the symptoms to make you feel better but the only way to get better is to give your body time.
