i have severe allergy/cold symptoms during the morning, about the first 2-3 hours i wake up, you know why???
i sneeze, ALOT!! runny nose, and stuff, it sucks horribly and allergy medicine doesnt work for like an hour after i take it. this morning i sneezed like 8-12 times in a row, no kidding, any suggestions why?!?!
its during the morning when i wake up that its the worst but during the afternoon/night its fine and i just sneeze once in a while like normal
i DO have allergies, but im just wondering why my allergies are so bad during the morning, i just got a new bed/box spring 2 days ago! this has been happening for like a few months though

Maybe you have ALLERGIES?

Yes, it does sound like you probably have allergies. This could be caused by many different things. Are you sleeping with the windows open? Are pets in your bed? Many times these symptoms are actually caused by the bedding or the room in which we sleep. Try eliminating one thing at a time and you will probably find your allergin within a week or two.

go to an allergist (a doctor that deals with allergies) or even a primary care taker. They may be able to recommend a stronger medicine for you, or atleast something that will agree with your body. Maybe you are allergic to some type of mold in your house, or even a best friend: dog, cat, mosue, etc.

you may be allergic to your pillows or do you clean and dust around your bed? if your night stand table is dusty, or if between the bed and the wall is dusty that would make you suffer when you wake up. also if you have a pet in the room.

I would suspect you are allergic to dust mites.

"Dust mites live in fabrics like bedding and carpeting that collect the dandruff from human skin. People once believed they were allergic to dust, but researchers now know it's not the dust itself, but rather the mites that live in it that cause the problem."

If you have access to one, it's probably a good idea to consult an allergist. They can test you for a whole bunch of number of things you could be allergic to. I know that for dust mites, you can replace you bedding by some special that are made of synthetic fibers which will prevent the mites to grow in your bed.

The only part in my theory that doesn't hold is that you should sneeze when you go to bed to. Not only when you wake up. Maybe you do something special when you get out of bed such as using some pills are drink water in your favorite (not so clean) mug? In any cases, check you habits! ;-)
