If the Swine flu miraculously appeared in April 2009, then why was their a patent filed for a vaccine in 2007?
I already know the answer but I'm just informing everyone. There's a company named Baxter that filed for a patent for the vaccine in 2007, but the H1N1 disease had never been heard of until April 2009 when it was discovered in Mexico very close to a Baxter Pharmaceuticals Lab. Coincedence?

Hey Justin, Evidently you're the last person to find this and try to inform others in a while. We all know the background of when and where swine flu first made an appearance into humans. Just take a peak on wikipedia or webmd.com. Any of the other many websites like CDC and the WHO have all listed the background material long ago. Sorry. Good luck and God Bless

Wrong.
Swine flue has been around for 100's of years but it's only in the last 100 years or so they could tell one kind of flu from another.
In 1918 H1N1 caused a pandemic and that's when the strain was specificly identified.
In 1976 there was a minor outbreak.
In 1988 someone died from it but it didn't spread past about 25 people.
Outbreak in the US in 1998.
Outbreak in the Philippines in 2007.

The confusion is due to irresponsible journalism that is so typical of today's news media.
