If you have a Head Cold, do you vomit, and have chills? Or is that the Flu?
I am alot of cold chills, I have a high fever, and my nose is running and stopped up. My eyes are burning and hurt when I move them. My throat feels awful, and I am coughing up something thick and yellow(I know nasty), I while ago, I ate something and I started feeling dizzy and I vomited it all up.And my head hurts.
Do I have the Flu?

Sounds like Pneumonia. I had it for 3-4 months untill I got meds. You could also just have a bad cold. Could be something like the Flu or Meningitis.
PLEASE go to the ER and get it checked out NOW

I would think you have the flu. Bundle up, drink plenty of fluids and get some rest. You should be feeling better soon. If it persists go see your doctor.

You have all of the symptoms of the flu.Sip chicken noodle soup,try to take Tylenol to lower your fever and get some Theraflu Nighttime or Nyquil.Get lots of rest,too,sweetie!Let us know what you decide to do.Get well soon!!!
