Dextromethorphen is one of the primary ingredients in Robitussin Cold and Flu.
Always read the Active Ingredients list on the packaging and bottle. That is your best reference.

Yes, but there's also Chlorphenramine. It potentiates DXM, but don't make it a habit to use Robitussin cold and flu, or more than one small bottle at a time. Just get some regular robitussin cough. Even better some Zicam cough max, 391 mg of DXM in one vile shot.
