Is it normal to have no appetite while having a cold or flu?
I have a cold or flu(im not sure which one), and since i'v had it this week i have absolutely no appetite. Like yesterday, i only had 2 apples to eat and it was pretty much forced.

Year its totally normal :) Don't worry you'll have your appetite back when the cold/flu is gone again

Yes it is. But you should try eating though. Try eating fresh fruits. And a lot of water.

definitely normal, since our immune system is down and our body is weak. we don't even feel hungry, all we want is to lie down.

That's not at all unusual when you have a cold or flu virus. For one thing, when you have a head cold, nothing tastes right. Just make sure you drink plenty of fluids to keep from getting dehydrated; the body can go a long time without food and you will be fine.

Yes, it is. I like to drink a mug of hot tomato soup when I feel like that. Hope you feel better fast
