SWINE FLU---WHEN IS IT NOT CONTAGIOUS?
I caught the H1N1 days ago. 5 days ago is when i think it started, i was running a fever and felt awful. But i didnt go to the ER until 3 days and it was there they said it was swine. When i went in i had a fever, cold sweats, migrains, swollen/sore throat. my body was shaky and i was beyond exhausted. at the hospital i was given something for the fever and something for the pain. as long as i took them i felt better.

everything is gone except the sore throat, and im still tired which i expected. but i have stomach craps and mild diarrhea. (im not due for my period or anything)

i just want to make sure im not contagious because i do work on campus and dont want to get any one else sick (its already spreading like crazy)

are these symptoms just the after math or can i still pass it?

thank you for any help!

I think that it would be best to wait until you have no more symptoms of the flu. I think if you still have a sore throat and mild diarrhea then you still have a little bit of the flu still in you. I'd wait a few more days until you feel like you wouldn't pass it on to anyone else.
