What is the best kind of clothes for running in cold weather?
I run races in half marathon, and marathon and I want the avoid the risk of illnesses, flu, cold, for don´t use the clothes than protect to me of the weather correctly.

A little tip...wear band-aids over your nipples when its cold. If you run long enough, you'll know why.
