Common cold-stuffy nose, sore throat, runny nose, cough

Flu-achey, nauseous, plus some symptoms from the common cold

Someone once described it as the difference between caring and not caring about a $ 20 lying in your front yard. With a cold, you'd go get it and be pleased with it, with flu, you really don't care it's there, you don't want it enough to move and go get it, and there's a good chance you couldn't go get it even if you wanted it.

The main difference between a cold and flu is fever. Do you have a temperature of between high 37 (usually over 37.6) and 38? If yes then it's probably flu. If no then it's probably a cold. Hope you feel better :)
