What's the difference between a cold, flu and fever?
To me, they're all the same thing, but is there a difference between all of them?

As far as how they make you feel, there isn't much difference between a cold and a flu. We seldom bother to make a real diagnosis of either. The two syndromes are caused by different viruses though, with flu being caused exclusively by Influenza A and B viruses, and common colds caused by a plethora of other viruses.
In any case, there is really no effective treatment besides chicken soup, a good book, and a few days.
