Which over-the-counter cold remedy works best for you?
For me, it's Alka-Seltzer Cold and Flu.
Isn't it amazing how the same illness can be treated so many different ways, and only some remedies work for some people?

I like Tylenol Cold & Sinus Daytime formula for the daytime - Nyquil liquid gel caps for night time - also for night time that Thera-flu stuff - you mix it with water - it takes not so great, but you'll so doped up you won't care!
