Will the Robitussin Cough, Cold and Flu Nightime formula make me drowsy?
I have been really sick and I am curious if this will help me fall asleep. It doesn't say drowsy formula but it says may cause drowsiness. How long would this take?

it will make you drowsy for sure. of course, if you just want to fall asleep, this probably isnt a good use of cough medicine. but yes, anything with dxm in it will make you real sleepy.

I have found that about any of the cough formulas cause drowsiness if they are taken. I find if I have to take them that I get sleepy and want to doze off, so I would say that it would make you sleepy. Especially if you aren't feeling well in the first place.

it will make you sleep. you shouldn't mix medications like this. you don't know what the mix could do to you. people die from drug interactions.

if it's nighttime then it will. or tylenol pm. and nyquil. all those will make you fall asleep.
