get plenty of rest if possible. if you don't have much of an appetite, don't eat much- this will give your body a chance to cleanse and heal itself.

this may sound simple, but i think is good advice as well as maybe trying to find some natural remedy to ease your problem.

You need to see an allergist. If your allergies are that bad, you need to know what exactly is causing it in order to solve it.

In winter, most people stay indoors more and more often use central air heating which causes dust and dust mites to fill the air. And if this is your allergy, there are steps you can take to minimize your problems. But the key is knowing what the source of the allergy is.

In the meantime, you can get Claritin/Alavert over the counter which will help with this. There are nasal sprays and what not as well. Mucinex or Robitussin will help with any chest congestion and throat problems. Sudafed (Claritin D already has it in it so don't double dose) will help clear up the sinus' and keep your nose clearer. But you're definately going to want to get on an antihistamine, Claritin, Alavert, Dimetapp, Benadryl. Dimetapp and Benadryl do make people really sleepy, but they should help if you take it before bed so you'll rest easier and have less problems on waking in the morning.

But do go see an allergist. You need to get some allergy testing done.
