Can you take Panadol (paracetamol) with herbal cold and flu medication?
The herbal meds contain no other chemicals in them.

•Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)
250mg
•Zinc (as gluconate)

Yes. Just double-check to make sure they don't contain acetominophen/paracetamol so you don't overdose.
