Cold symptoms? or allergy?
About 3 days ago i had a bad cold...sore throat, slight fever, headache, runny/stuffy nose, tired...etc. Well ever since yesterday the runny/stuffy nose is gone but i have congestion, and still a slight scratchy throat and hoarse voice...my fever is 97.7 so no temp...could it may have been just allergies or a cold that has passed but i still have congestion and im hoarse? i dont have a temp anymore...or could it have been from all the rain we have

it sounds like a combination between an allergy and a cold that is just taking its time to go away
if this persist~ get some allergy test from doctor who specializes in allergies~ it can be treated

I always get a little weak like that when the weather changes. Not allergy or cold. Intake a lot of vitamin C to prevent it.
Also look up the good effects of melatonin.

What you have described are symptoms. The symptoms themselves are the noticeable manifestations of your body's immune responses. Your body might be having an appropriate response to either a viral or bacterial infection or it may be having an inappropriate response to something in your environment. The only real difference I ever note between the rate of onset. Allergies come on quite suddenly as a rule, though they will disappear just as quickly if you can figure out what is causing them and stay away from it.
Taking medications to reduce the symptoms of a cold or flu will make you feel better but you may take more time to recover since the symptoms, as I mentioned, are a part of your immune response.
Taking medication for the allergies can sometimes be the only way to cope. You will know better which you have if they come back the same way again, and especially if you can identify something similar in your surroundings. I was quite sick one year in October and it wasn't until the I felt exactly the same the following year that I knew it was a plant allergy.
Hope you feel better soon.

Go buy some allergy medicine. That's what it most likely is. Or when it rains where I live, I get headaches. Soo. Your probably fine, just take some meds and take a nap. Best remedy I know.
