Could the viral stomach flu cause lymph node swelling?
Ok everyone knows that bacteria and viruses cause the stomach flu. Now i have had this for a while, it is possible because of this for my lymph node near my ear to be swelling? Could this be the cause?

yes it could be.
The Lymphatic system helps fight against infection so your lymph nodes help release cells used for this process. You can easily tell your sick when you can feel your lymph nodes being larger because when there's too much bacteria, it gets causes inflammation in those areas.
