Do I have the flu pneumonia or just a cold.?
I feel horible. Cough with lots of phlem and cant exhale all of the way otherwise I will start coughing like crazy. I have a temperature of 99.7 and feel like I cant focus on one thing, like my eyes wonder. I cant think straight either. And im getting body aches. But the weird thing is, is that I don't have a stuffy nose.

flu is absolutely fricken miserable, bedridden and feel like you want to die, so I'm inclined to say not the flu. It doesn't seem like a cold, but not pneumonia either.... ?????

You have the flu. The stuffy nose will come, lol. Your temperature actually isn't that bad compared to what I've gotten. I hope you feel better, and stay in bed! =]

I had the flu a week ago. I had bodyaches as well. I didn't have the stuffy nose I guess it's not all the time.
So most likely you have the flu or a fever since your temp is 99.7. Regular body temperature is 98
