Have i got bronchitis or just cold/flu?
i have a blocked nose at times and a chesty cough but i don't seem to cough up a lot of phlegm i have being taking beechams all in one night nurse benilyn 4 flu i have had it for 6 days now

Bronchitis typically isn't characterized by sinus congestion... however the common cold is definitely characterized by congestion as well as a cough.
Does your cough seem like a "wet" cough like you feel that something is in your airways? Do you also seem to wheeze when you breath in or out? Bronchitis is an inflammation of the airways and they tend to constrict during an infection.
My guess is that you have the common cold and not bronchitis. Something viral most likely. There really is nothing that physicians can typically do for viral infections. If you feel that you are getting worse, I myself might consider seeking a health professional's adivce.
