ive been sick with a bad head cold and ive been coughing alot and was around a child that has been sick and i was just told that he might have swine flu but we all didnt know that he had it does it mean if i have had a sore throat and coughing does it mean that i have swine flue how can a person tell the difference between swine flu and just a plain head cold because you can throw up from having either a head cold or just the plain flu my throat has been sore and like i said ive been coughing and having a runny nose and just started having the runs but at the time this child was sick his parents didnt know when he got sick that he had the swine flu and now that he might have the swine flu does it mean i might have the swine flu or not and now that im sick i dont know if i caught the swine flu or if i just got a bad cold or what plz help me to understand

The lack of punctuation makes your questions & information hard to read. Swine flu is for pigs, humans get novel H1N1 flu. That you have diarrhea as well as the other symptoms may mean you do indeed have novel H1N1 flu. Just treat your symptoms and give it time to resolve.
