I have body aches, I'm cold, have goose bumps and sore throat. Overall feel crappy. Could it be flu or a cold?
Also a low grade fever. Could it be a cold/ flu/ swine flu? or something worse? Can't get to the doctor until tomorrow. Thanks

i would say with the swine flu breaking out and spreading like wildfire, that your best bet is to go to the hospital.

Could be the flu. You could go to urgent care or similar or the emergency room if you feel bad enough. You need to get your throat swabbed to check to see if it is the flu or not.

Sounds like a case of the flu. If you're running a fever then maybe you should go to the emergency room, so at least you can be checked for "Swine Flu". It seems to be quelling and not as pandemic as it was initially suspected to be. But, to be on the safe side, for now, I'd go to the emergency room and not wait until Monday.

It sounds like what u have what i had last week! I felt really bad on Friday so i went to the ER and they told me I had sinusitis, which is something allergy related, They 2 prescriptions for pain promethazine and hydrocodone/apap, and another prescriptions to fight the infection, before i left the hospital they also gave me a steroids shot, hope this helps
