I just took 1 tablespoon of NyQuil cold and Flu, and 2 Tylenol Extra Strength tablets. Should I worry?
NyQuil Contains 500mg of acetametophen, 15mg of dextromethorphan, and 6.2mg doxylamine succinate.
Tylenol contains 500mg of acetametophen per capsule.

Should I throw up? Eat? Drink water?

No, no, no...don't do any of the above.

Call your pharmacist, first and check to see if you have overdosed on acetamenophen. You may still be okay, but call the pharmacist RIGHT now. If he/she feels that you've overdosed on acetamenophen, then you'll be directed on what to do.

Good luck, sweetie and remember to always read the labels of all cold meds before you take additional pain relievers.

NO you are fine!! You would have to take A LOT more then that to overdose!

If you can write coherently, there shouldn't be a problem.

'You should not take more than 4000 mg of acetaminophen a day. '

It doesn't seem that you've taken enough to overdose.
