yes you will because when you get the flu shot they r putting a little bit of the flu in you that way ur body can build up a resistanace but if u are sick your body wont be strong enough to build a resistence and you will catch the flu. when you get it your dr. should tell you all of this. make sure your not sick when you get it

Not usually, but you really shouldn't get shot while you're sick. Your immune system is already fighting and the shots are introducing a small amount of the virus into your system so that your body can develop an immunity to it. Next time, wait until your well before getting any immunizations.

That can happen to some people, yes, but not everyone. It really all depends upon the individual person.
Flu shots are supposed to help you become immune to some of the worst viruses.
