Is it normal for a cold to make you not taste foods and have no appetite whatsoever?
I have seasonal colds and for the first time ever it has been a week where im over the sore throat, headaches and runny nose but since the cold I can no longer taste food and my body does not tell me im hungry so I have to force myself to eat. Is this normal for a cold symptoms? How long should this last before I see a doctor? I have a high metabolism anyway so I do not know if that is a factor. Usually if I am hungry I get headaches and I no longer get them since I have had this appetite issue. What are your opinions?

Yes it's normal that you can't taste anything because a lot of tasting is smelling. I've never heard of that you don't have an appetite when you have a cold but maybe it's because you can't taste the food so you're just not very interested.

A cold can affect your sinuses, which can affect sense of smell, which can affect sense of taste. If your sinuses feel clogged and don't clear for a few days, go to the doctor to get them flushed (manually or with medication), if not, I suggest going on antibiotics or whatever your doctor prescribes. As for your appetite, you are probably still sick even though u don't feel it, but I'm not a doctor so u should talk to yours.
