Runny nose and cough mild sore throat is it the flu or a cold?
i have no temp but a cough and runny nose and sore throat but not to sore mild, i thought flu season was over its now summer in June so i hope i dont have that swine flu ..i live in mass so i thought there was no more flu going around for now and would a Nasal spray work for me so i dont have post nasal drip?

Maybe allergies, but very unlikely the flu. The flu has a fever and hits you like a Mack truck. Natasl sprays are usually not good for you, unless you just get the saline kind. Get well soon!

Cold, take 2 aspirin and call me later.

its definantly a cold, with flu the onset of symptoms which are much worse than you are describing such as muscke pain, inflammed joints, fever is immediant but with a cold you get aq few mild systems that get worse than better. feel better soon

Runny nose is always flu. Not a Swine flu. Just normal.
Right now 50% of organisation i work for have flu symptoms, so it is a season! Oh, I am in Australia.
