stomach flu? food poisoning? or something else?
ive had a slight cold for that past two days or so. ive been suffering from fatigue and severe headaches behind my eyes when i look to the sides or up. this morning i woke up and began vomiting. i havent eaten all day because i havent been hungry at all. earlier i threw up a yellow liquid(stomach acid i assume). im not ure wat to do about this.
do i need to take medication?
should i eat even though im not hungry?

Sorry to hear you don't feel well. Try having some soup broth or crackers and sipping on sprite or ginger ale.

I've had this before, and I know people who have had it, so don't worry.
See, this happens to a lot of people. When you have a bad sinus cold or infection, and have been sniffling a lot, it means you've been swallowing too much mucus.[sp?] So you're stomach won't enjoy that feeling, nor the taste, and wants to get rid of it.
You're other two possibilities are that it's part of your virus, or you haven't been eating for a while. Is yellow liquid the only thing you've been throwing up? If so, then it's more than likely one of those three things. If it's regular vomit, then again, it's probably part of your virus. Try to drink seltzer or soda and rest, and don't eat unless your hungry. If you are, eat cinnamon toast. That always calms my stomach down when I'm sick. If the vomiting continues, call your doctor. Sounds like sinus congestion considering the "headache" behind your eyes. You may also have a virus causing the vomiting. Check with your doctor since a sinus infection can be effectively treated with an antibiotic. It's best to be treated a.s.a.p. thouogh since an infection involves bacteria that continue thrive and make things worse the longer you put off treatment. KH

try eating crackers or toast they go down easy so you wont throw up. you probably have a stomach flu or a fever, talk to a doctor just in case
