What is the best home remedy to stop vomiting & headache due to the flu?
My boyfriend has been throwing up for almost two days and has a bad case of the flu accompanied by migranes. What ways can I help him here at home? If he doesn't improve by morning, I am taking him to the ER.

alternate between motrin and tylenol.. ex) take motrin,4 hours later take tylenol,4 hours later take motrin,ect..

I have here some home remedy guides for headache treatment.
Try these home remedy for headache:
* Mix a quarter teaspoon of clove powder in one teaspoon of cinnamon oil. Apply mixture to the location of pain.
* Take a few drops of ghee (clarified butter) on your palm. Mix 3 or 4 pieces of saffron in it, and rub it for two minutes. The saffron does not dissolve in the ghee, but its qualities are absorbed.
