What is a good diet to help prevent colds?
I get sick a lot and I have heard that eating healthy can prevent colds. I know I will still get a cold every so often, but I'm tired of getting one every two months. What do you recommend eating?

One full of meat and vegetables and fruit. Fish is very good for you and some red meat every once in a while is good too. Stick to chicken, pork, and other white meats for good nutrients. Asparagas, garlic, cabbage, turnips, onions, and darker leafy greens are very good for you. Bananas are also can help strenghten the body against cramps and aches. Have low soduim and low sugar (fruits contain some sugar too), but maintaining good iron, vitamin, and calcium intakes.
