Whats the fastest way to get over a cold?
I have a dry throat (not soar yet though), a little bit of a runny nose, and a slight cough. Although i'm sure this is most likely nothing more than a seasonal cold i would still like to nip this thing in the but before i have to feel like shit for 2 weeks. Thanks for your answers!

Drink a glass of lukewarm boiled fresh milk added with a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder and quarter teaspoon of black pepper powder.
Have a bowl of lukewarm boiled and cooked rice stew added with a quarter teaspoon of salt as required for taste along with a small quantity of pickle made of cut raw mango.

What i would do is get yourself some 1000mg vitamin Cs one caplet 3 times a day for 10 days along with Echinaciea 2 capsules 3 times a day for 10 days with the vitamin Cs. I hope this will help.
