Can sex temporarily reduce cold/flu-like symptoms?
During sexual contact/intercourse my rabid sneezing/coughing/watery eyes seemed to take a seat on the sideline whilst the magic happened. I guess I've answered my question already with a simple 'it seems so', but can anyone explain why and has anyone else noticed this before?
I'm male by the way. And this is getting me into trouble with the girlfriend because she thinks I'm putting it all on.

i've noticed sex clearing my sinuses before too. it's not far fetched

The brain can only concentrate on so many things at one time. So while you're engaged in sexual activity the brain in working to maintain the pleasant feelings because of the release of endorphins, etc.
