Can a stomach flu turn into a head cold?
I had what I thought was the 24 hour flu yesterday and I expected it to be gone by today, which it is. However, I now have head cold symptoms. Ex: Plugged ears, stuffed up nose, and sore throat.

Probably not. It's probably the same virus, but a later phase. It's quite common.

Because your immune system was fighting your stomach flu it also left your body vulnerable which could have caused you to now catch this head cold. Or it could also be the same cold at a later stage.
