Cold/Flu/Bronchitis/Pneumonia in pregnancy?
I'm worried I have bronchitis or pneumonia...I'm reading mixed things...Does anyone know the effect of these things on the fetus? I'm going to the doctor tomorrow...

If its simply a cold then there is no harm to your fetus as its entirely limited to the lungs. The flu/bronchitis/pneumonia cause a rise in body temperature to fight the infection but are also limited to the lungs only. Its the rise in temperature that can cause problems (im not sure what problems exactly sorry) so if you do have a high temperature then wear light clothing and avoid overheating. Btw it has to be a BIG and prolonged rise in temperature to cause problems. You should be fine and so should your fetus.
