Does my daughter have the swine flu or a cold?
She has a high fever, very dry cough that she says hurts really bad. She has a minor headache and is always tired. She feels dizzy when she gets out of bed to use the bathroom and she feels like she is going to fall down. She is constantly cold and has goosebumps on her arms, but I have the heat on pretty high. She has been feeling like this since Friday. I am taking her to the doctor tomorrow. Could this be the Swine Flu?

This very well could be the swine flu.
Colds are VERY similar to swine flu but if she's not throwing up or having stomach issues than it's probably just a cold.
Sounds much more like a cold....
Give her LOTS of fluids and keep her temperature down.
Just let her rest until the doctors tomorrow.
Hope she feels better.

that is mostly the symptoms I have, and I have swine flu.
Having a stomache ache/diareha is not needed to have swine flu.

Sounds like she has swine flu. I currently have it and this is my second time.
My Mom has to help me around the house, my fever is high, bad cough, always tired, dizzy, and throwing up here and there.
When you take her to the doctor, they will ask if you want to buy the medicine, which is like 300 dollars. Don't buy it. Trust me, I've had this twice and even though your daughter would love to get rid of it, she can easily do it by resting when tired and getting out of bed and moving around when she's not.
