I have a cold or something and want to Nyquil but cannot take products that contain NSAIDS.

Nyquil does not contain an NSAID. But be aware that it DOES contain acetaminophen, so you should not take Tylenol or other acetaminophen containing products while taking Nyquil, You also should not drink alcohol while taking Nyquil because of the dangers of mixing alcohol with acetaminophen.
