I've got a really bad cold and I don't wanna feel sleepy because ive got a dentist appointment soon.

Read the packet. Usually if a medication makes you drowsy, it should say so on the packaging somewhere.

No. Panadol Cold and Flu is simply some paracetamol and codeine... Nothing to make you fall asleep. Don't forget to tell you dentist about your flu though.
