How can I get rid of my fever/cold fast?
Hi. My friend at school was sick, and my stupid-self was physically contactin him. I either got a cold, or a fever; I don't know because I haven't been sick in a while. What can I do to get rid of my fever/cold fast so I can keep trainin?

hah i got the same thing. and i have ear congestion it sucks ass. just take tylenol....you really dont want it to worsen...as mine did and i am now getting better.......

Zycam.....Its a nasal spray. Its shortens the how bad and how long it it.

take vitamin c, drink a lot of water, get enough sleep and get rid of sugary food/drinks (too much sugar can compromise your immune system)
at first sign of cold, take "nurofen for cold and flu". they are the best.
