How can you tell the difference between a head cold and seasonal, pollen allergies?
What is the best home remedy for either one? Is there a preventive measure for them?

Sometimes it's hard to tell, but one indication of a cold would be a fever. If you have a fever, then it's not allergies. I hear that Zycam works really well to lessen a cold but you have to take it right when you start feeling the cold coming on. There are many over the counter medications you can take for allergies. Claritin and Zyrtec both work really well and last for 24 hours.
