You can get tested for allergies. A doctor will put about 20 dots on your skin and prick each one with a different allergin. You're allergic to the ones that slightly swell up. Don't be afaid of this test...it's more like a pinch than a needle.
Many allergy medicines are now available over-the-counter. Try Loratadine, the generic form of Claritin. If you have allergies, your symptoms should go away.

if you get it at the same time of year or when certain plants and trees start blooming it's an allergy. allergies can turn into a 'sickness' if not dealt with properly. (asthma, bronchitis)
