I have a headache, cold, runny nose and my throat hurts every time I swallow?
I got a sore throat yesterday and took some advil.
Today I have a headache, cold, runny nose and my throat hurts even more now and whenever I swallow it hurts. What can I do to relieve myself of having my throat hurt every time I swallow, even if it's only temporary.

your throat hurts because of your inflamed tonsils, you have an infection, you might have a flu. drink some warm drinks like tea to soothe your throat, if you cant try applying warm or cold compress below your jaw

Having tight neck muscles will cause pressure on your throat as they press into it to cause that pain in it. Tight neck muscles will also give you the headache and back up the wastes in your head to cause the cold symptoms. to get rid of these problems or to at least ease them up, you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
