Flu is like a cold but accompanied by a fever, Allergies will probably just be in your nose and you will feel stuffed up. Cold affects you in your body - aches and pains, nose and face is stuffed up and your chest might feel heavy, and a sore throat.

None are all that great :S

Cold and allergies can be similar though cold is typically worse and lasts longer. Flu is much worse than either and is usually accompanied by body aches, high fever and often nausea.

Cold/Flu usually comes with runny nose, and achy body, and usually the snot, or mucus in the nose is clear. Sinus usually has a greenish color in the mucus, and you get pressure around you eye area. Allergies you may have multiple symptoms like sneezing a lot, stuffy head, itchy eyes, and most of the time it occurs around the same time each year, or certain things can trigger that occurrence. To be sure if you do have an allergy, get an allergy test. Doctors will prick you back with a small needle, and test you with like 30 things to see if your body has a reaction to any of those things. If so, then you have an allergy to it. You only have to get tested once.
