Should I give it a few days or go see a doctor now?

If your conditions worsens or lasts more than a week, see your doctor.
If you are coughing up pheghm that is not white - see your doctor - you now have a bacterial infection and should be treated.

I'd head to a doctor, you don't want to deal with chronic sinusitis.
Trust me on that one.
