how often do you catch a cold, sore throat, cough, or flu?
I keep getting sick. I just stopped feeling symptoms of a cough & sore throat two days ago and again today I'm getting something new and feel miserable. It seems that I'm more sick than not!

I quit smoking 14 mos. ago and I have had pneumonia 4 times....i didnt have pneumonia that many times in 14 years of smoking...lol....the docs tell me this is common.....my doctor has me taking Vitamin C 1000mg. everyday now ....it has helped for 5 weeks....lol

About once a year or every other year for colds and never for the flu... I don't really get sick often

i know what you mean,you sound run down,get your self a good tonic and take your vitamins daily,should help sort you out,I'm fine cause i do the above

i guess every 3 months i get the symptoms
i get away with my immunity one of them
but the second i just catch it, so it is like twice a year
but, coming from jeddah, we have a high rate of flu, cold seasons. the reason is because of the pilgrims that comes to makkah. hot weather, a lot of people from different nations in one place. so, we got high seasons of flus.

when i lived in minnesota i was sick with the flu every year
sense i have been in arizona i have been sick with the flu one time in 4 years.
i catch a cold 2 times a year i would say.
